How to use each track
Listen first
Play the track once without reading. Let the rhythm enter before the spelling interferes.
Shadow
Play one short line, pause, repeat immediately with the same speed and melody.
Record yourself
Save one short voice note weekly. Compare vowel length, retroflex sounds and politeness level.
