Today: prices, sizes, colours - and Kerala's friendly version of bargaining, which is less war, more flirtation with numbers.

💡 Bargaining, Kerala style

The script never changes: ask the price, look mildly wounded, say 'Vila kurayumo?', accept the second price. Everyone knows the dance; the joy is in dancing it. In fixed-price shops, skip the dance - but 'Kollaam!' at the mirror is always allowed.
