What we collect

• Information you choose to send through forms, such as your name, email address, learning goal, country/time zone, preferred lesson path or inquiry details.
• Basic form-routing context such as the page you submitted from, referrer, UTM fields and submit time, when those fields are present.
• Technical logs that normal website hosting, security and browser systems may process to keep pages available and troubleshoot access.

What we do not collect in the first app release

• No raw payment details are collected inside the static website or app page.
• No public user profiles, student forums or automatic marketplace introductions are created inside the app.
• No precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings or device files are requested by the current PWA.

How we use information

• To reply to Malayalam lesson, tutor, school, employer, marketplace or book inquiries.
• To send requested learning resources and follow-up guidance.
• To improve lessons, worksheets, books, app paths, support pages and learner experience.
• To protect the website and understand access or delivery problems.

Third-party services

SpeakMalayalam may use form delivery, email, hosting, analytics, payment, app-store, marketplace or communication providers as the business grows. Each provider must be configured before use, and private API keys or payment secrets must not be placed in public website files.

Children and family learning

SpeakMalayalam includes family and kids-learning resources, but the first app path is intended to be managed by adults, parents, guardians or teachers. Do not submit a child's private information through a form without appropriate adult permission.

Your choices

You may ask for correction, deletion or follow-up limits by contacting SpeakMalayalam. If an email provider is connected later, unsubscribe and privacy-choice handling must be tested before replacing the current fallback form route.
