In short: "Get well soon" is വേഗം സുഖമാകട്ടെ (vegam sukhamaakatte) — literally "may you recover quickly." Shorter: സുഖമാകട്ടെ (sukhamaakatte). Add സൂക്ഷിക്കണേ (sookshikkane) — "take care of yourself."
