How to Say "Good Evening" in Malayalam

നമസ്കാരം
Namaskaram — Hello (any time)

In short: The formal "good evening" is ശുഭസന്ധ്യ (subhasandhya), but Malayalis rarely say it. In the evening they greet with നമസ്കാരം (namaskaram), "good evening" in English, or simply സുഖമാണോ? (sukhamaano?) ("how are you?").
