In short: To say "nice to meet you", say കണ്ടതിൽ സന്തോഷം (kandathil santhosham) ("happy to have met you"). Casually, people often just say "nice to meet you" in English or പരിചയപ്പെട്ടതിൽ സന്തോഷം (parichayappettathil santhosham).
