In short: Common fruits: മാങ്ങ (maanga) mango, പഴം / വാഴപ്പഴം (pazham / vaazhappazham) banana, ചക്ക (chakka) jackfruit, മുന്തിരി (munthiri) grapes, നാരങ്ങ (naaranga) citrus/lime, തണ്ണിമത്തൻ (thannimathan) watermelon. Note: pazham also just means "fruit/ripe".
